I am the creator and co-host of the podcast, That’s So Retrograde. The show is your kooky/relatable BFF in the wellness space covering trends in self care, beauty, mindfulness, pop culture + weed. It was a wellness podcast born in 2015... prior to anyone really caring about wellness... or podcasting for that matter.

Previously, I had several career stepping stones, merging the worlds of PR, fashion, marketing, digital creation, and brand development.

When I moved to LA in 2008, I began as an intern for a PR firm that did celebrity gifting suites for award shows. I evolved my position from intern to account manager - working with brand sponsors and securing talent for events for the Emmys, VMA’s, Golden Globes + Sundance Film Festival.
From there I moved on to work for Cindy Capobianco + Rob Rosenheck (now famed founders of the CBD brand, Lord Jones), at their creative marketing firm, Capobianco & Associates, doing integrated creative strategy for brands such as Larabar, Rolling Greens, Toywatch + Further Soap.
At 24, I got hired by Rachel Zoe as a founding team member to conceptualize and manage her daily newsletter, The Zoe Report, and her digital partnerships. It was there that I learned the editorial side of content creation and integrated sponsorships.

With a few soul searching pit stops along the way, my next venture was Closet Rich - an online consignment concept I created, that was at the forefront of the sustainable fashion movement. Closet Rich was one part personal closet cleanse consultations and one part clothing re-homing service, by way of a really rad online boutique. I worked privately with numerous LA stylists and their clients to get rid of their closet’s castaways by either selling on my site or donating to charities we partnered with.
By way of my work on Closet Rich I expanded into styling, brand consulting, and youtube creation - resulting in a role as a creative director at men’s and women’s luxury basics line, Cotton Citizen, as well as having my own collaboration w/ Fred Segal.
In 2014, about 3 years into Closet Rich, I began styling a TV show for the E! Network - that connection resulted in the opportunity to pitch a podcast idea to the show’s production company - and thus, That’s So Retrograde was born.

Since then, I have been consulting privately with brands and people- helping them to bring their visions to life, by providing action plans and connecting them with influencers in a way that is seamless and gets attention.
